Acceptance

By using this website or commissioning work from ForestBase Desktop Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.

Services described

Pages describing charts, workshops, and refreshes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written brief or quotation.

Intellectual property

Chart packs, annotations, and reading guides we create remain licensed to you for internal business use once invoices for that engagement are paid. You may not resell our chart templates or present them as your own productised offering. Website copy, design, and branding remain the property of ForestBase Desktop Ltd.

Client materials

You confirm you have the right to share assortment, cost, and promo files with us. We use those materials only to deliver the agreed engagement and delete working copies according to our retention practice described in the privacy notice.

Liability

We prepare charts from the files and assumptions you approve. We are not liable for commercial decisions (including range, promo, or supplier decisions) made after a walkthrough. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring claims in their local courts where the law allows.
